Training Sleds from Core-X Fitness add tailored resistance to your workouts. An intensive way to increase training efficiency and improve a host of key areas in one go such as strength, speed and endurance.

You can easily alter the intensity by adding weight plates to the sled. Or alter the way you use it by adding a belt or back harness to the Sled bars. Work thighs, calves and quad muscles when pushing or arm strength by pulling sleds towards you. Training Sleds can also increase overall speed as your body becomes accustomed to pulling a heavier weight.
